Return Policy

At WAGGIN, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility
✅ Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
✅ Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
✅ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✅ A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items
❌ WAGGIN Apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other printed items) – All apparel is custom-made using a print-on-demand process, meaning it is uniquely printed for each customer. As a result, all apparel sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at [support@waggin.com] with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Instructions – We’ll provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship Your Item – Send the product back in its original condition (customer covers return postage).
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund minus the 10% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
