WAGGIN Story
We live in cities. We have dogs. And we want to bring them along with us. What we kept running into were compromises: shorter outings, repetitive routes, or leaving our dogs behind when plans changed. With so much to see and experience in the city, it never made sense to explore without them!
When we couldn’t find a carrier that would actually work for exploring New York City with our dog Ginger, it became clear the problem wasn’t the dog, it was the gear. Most pet carriers are big, bulky, and built for a single moment. City life isn't.
We knew there was a better way.
SO WE STARTED BUILDING
The first versions were awkward. Too heavy. Didn’t fold right. Uncomfortable for the dog. Impractical to wear. So we rebuilt and rebuilt again until we got it right!
WE ARE STILL AT IT
WAGGIN is for people who move through their cities with intention. For those who see their dogs as part of daily life —
not something to plan around or leave behind. If movement, inclusion, and shared experiences matter to you,
we’re building for you.
We’re still building. Still refining. Still learning.
But the goal hasn’t changed —
make it easier to move through the city with your pup together.
